Account Billing: Redeeming cards and vouchers
How do I redeem a Sony Entertainment Network Card, PlayStation®Network Card or promotional voucher on my account?
You can redeem your code on PC or device connected to the internet via Account Management or on your PlayStation system. Please see below for full instructions.
Currently you are unable to redeem your code on your Bravia TV, blu-ray disc player or home cinema system.
Redeem on www.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com
- Go to Sony Entertainment Network Account Management and enter your account sign-in ID and password.
- Go to the Account tab and select ‘Redeem Prepaid Card’ from the links on the left.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to redeem your code.
Redeem on Xperia phones or Sony Tablet
- Access the Account Management app or press the menu key and tap on Account.
- Go to the Account tab and select ‘Redeem Prepaid Card’.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to redeem your code
Redeem on PS4™
- Go to Settings > PSN > (sign-in if required) > Account Information > Wallet > Add Funds.
- From the options available select Code.
- Enter the 12 characters of the code and follow the on-screen prompts to redeem your code.
Redeem on PS3, PS Vita or PSP systems
- Sign into your account, launch PlayStation®Store and click on the "Redeem Codes" button on the top right of the screen.
- Enter the code and follow the on-screen prompts.
If you are experiencing problems whilst trying to redeem a code, please check the following:
- Check that you have inputted the voucher code correctly.
- Sign out of Account Management or exit store and sign back in to refresh your wallet.
- Check the Maintenance Notification to find out if Sony Entertainment Network is undergoing maintenance. If Maintenance is scheduled try again once it is over.
- If, after taking these steps and attempting to redeem the code again, your account does not appear to be correct within 10 minutes, please contact us for further assistance.
